It has now been a whole year since I began blogging. In fact just over a year. Where has that year gone? Time certainly flies as you get older! Continue reading
I have one of these in my garden. They are quite mesmorising to watch when they spiral in the wind. Depending on which way the wind is blowing and spiral spinning, the glass ball appears to move either up or down the metal spiral. I intend to get some more, just need to figure out where to put them so that I can enjoy watching them spiral in the wind.
Seeing a spiral like this will make you want to run for shelter and batten down the hatches! Cyclones are winds rotating inwards to an area of low barometric pressure. They can also be known as hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, typhoons, etc. As the names suggest they are responsible for stormy, and often destructive weather.
This beautiful picture of the spiral tendrils of a plant with dew drops looks like it could be part of an elegant piece of jewellery.
There is beauty all around in nature if you take the time to stop and look! With walking so slow, being on crutches, I have had more opportunity to see the minute details which I would not have seen had I been strolling along fast. Take time today to get out there and observe what is around you.
Happy Sunday everyone – enjoy your week ahead!
This staircase certainly draws you down to the mystery in the black hole, and encourages you to take in the view from the windows as you descend.
Happy Sunday everyone – have a great week ahead!
