A few last minute bits and pieces to throw in the case and we will be off to join the Lord Nelson to take part in the tall ships race 2015 from Belfast to Alesund in Norway.
Thanks to my parents for house sitting and helping my son during our time away.
Emotions are all over the place, excitement and apprehension, however I am really looking forward to the voyage, seeing other tall ships out at sea and the challenges that are to come. I will be taking on all opportunities that are open to me and intend to fully enjoy the experience.
